We Are Loved!
Those of us who are saved are to live by faith. The Bible says in multiple places that the just (saved) shall live by faith. We have all been given the measure of faith. Your faith works!
Crucified with Christ
Because I believe that Jesus died on the cross and was raised from the dead, the old me has been crucified with Christ. Romans 6:6 says, “Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.”
No More Darkness!
The Passion Translation says it like this: “…that we should broadcast His glorious wonders throughout the world.”
The Amplified Classic says it like this: “…that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him.”
Chosen and Consecrated
We are a chosen generation, a chosen race, a chosen people. God has chosen us. He adopted us into His very own family. What an honor that God wanted us as family members, and He sent His Son to make that happen.
FOLLOW ON TO KNOW!
We are often familiar with the Bible talking to us about the latter rain, the outpouring of the Holy Ghost.
NO OTHER GOD!
Knowing that there is no other God should bring you great confidence. How can you be sure?
LYING TONGUE
The Lord hates it when we lie. One big reason is the devil is known as the father of lies (John 8:44).
LIFE TO ALL YOUR FLESH
It is the will of God to heal. One reason we know that is because the Word of God is life to all our flesh.
UNITY OF THE SPIRIT
We are called to love one another, and one of the main reasons is to keep unity in the church.
God of All Peace!
He is the God of all peace. There are two kinds of peace. The first kind of peace is peace with God. Jesus abolished the enmity between us and God.
INSULT OR LOVE
Such an interesting time we live in. A time when godly wisdom is mostly disdained.
LABOR FERVENTLY IN PRAYER
Epaphras doesn’t seem to be a five-fold minister. He is noted as a servant; it says, “Who is one of you.”
NO OFFENSE
Great peace is the result of doing this verse; and if there is one thing that is missing in a lot of people’s lives, it is great peace.
BE LOOSED!
I want you to notice that Jesus said that Satan had bound this woman. He was telling us, and everyone who would listen that day in the synagogue, that Satan is the one who puts sickness and disease on people.
SHOUT, MAGNIFY, AND PROSPER!
We are told to shout unto God with a voice of triumph (Psalm 47:1). We are told to rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory (1 Peter 1:8).
THE LORD IS GOOD!
For the Lord is good, and His mercy endures forever. You could hear them say this, and then the place was filled with the glory of God.
