He Will Complete It
Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
The Lord began this good work in you when you were in your mother’s womb before you did anything right or wrong. This good work did not start with you, and neither will it end with you. He is the beginning, and He is the ending. He is Alpha, and He is Omega.
The grace of God made you who you are. Remember, Paul said, “I am who I am by the grace of God.” This is saying, He made you to complete something for Him. It has nothing to do with, “God made me this way,” which people will say when they are talking about sin (that’s ridiculous).
When we find out who we are in Him and what we are called to do, we activate the grace that has been deposited in us. When we run on the course, the ordered steps that God has for us, this grace enables and sustains us. It is the Lord, His ability, the grace of God, that enables us to run the prearranged course He has set for our lives.
Don’t give in midway. Don’t take a break because the world has gone nuts. Don’t take a break because your personal life may not be perfect. Don’t take a break because everyone else is taking a break.
Your Father has need of you to complete your course. You are important in the Body of Christ because every joint supplies. Don’t stop the flow, the supply you have been given to the part of the Body you have been designed to serve.
You are important, and this is the last great hour of the glorious church, so everyone needs to be in their position. If you don’t know your place, just do something, anything, and the Lord will be able to guide you to your calling, your purpose, and your destiny.
In order for Him to complete the good work He began in you, He needs your cooperation. Part of that cooperation is you doing your part in the Body of Christ.
You can’t finish if you don’t start.
Just do it!
